Arguably the best golf course tip ever!!!

This is a hard accolade to award for sure, seeing as
everyone has the “secret tip” that will turn you from a
weekend mid 80′s into a club champion, or a regional
champion into a national tour player. Although there are
too many to mention, there is one that has always sprung
to mind whenever I am questioned, what is the best tip?

As far as golf swing tips go there are some I will provide
at another time, same goes for golf fitness tips or
on-course nutrition. What I am referring to today is
on-course thought patterns and habits that will enhance
your focus, lower your scores and give you the edge
against your rivals.

I played a good round today;

I hit 12 fairways and 15 greens for a 67, would have been
better but I missed a couple of birdie opportunities and I
hit one bad shot that cost me a double bogey!! I hit some
sweet drives, one being on a 500 + yard par 5 that left me
a mid wedge into the green. So I was following my usual
routine, it is when we go off the rails slightly that we
need the extra help.

You see I had to pass this greatest golf playing tip onto
a French colleauge. He was swinging well, especially as
over the the last few weeks we have been working on his
range of motion, his flexibility for golf and agility in
the golf swing. But he was still rushing a few shots and
some went into the trees or missed the green, and he was
getting frustrated and missing more shots… He needed a
different focus.

Before I reveal what I said to him, here are some other
tips that I advocate;

Picking the smallest target you can see on every shot
especially drives off the tee (I use this every time).

Under pressure situations, ensure complete full shoulder
turns to complete the backswing to reduce the risk of a
short snappy golf swing that “comes over the top”.

Always focus on being pin high.
With any approach shot, pay less attention to lie of the
green, direction of your shot, putting it close etc. If
you are consistently pin high, you will never be in too
bad of shape.

My favourite though comes from Sergio Garcia multi-time
PGA tour winner, Ryder Cup Star and winner of the 1997
British Boys Championship. The reason I mention the under
18 championship is because he was up against a great
friend of mine Richard Jones in the final. Now
unfortunately, as Richard will attest, Sergio was just too
good, he possessed an athletic golf swing, physical
strength, and seemingly back then a putting skill that he
seems to have forgotten recently – due to overuse and
micro tears in muscle because of his style of swing and
mechanics.

However, Sergio taught my friend one great lesson and the
tip that has stayed with us for all these years.

All you need is one good golf shot per hole.

That’s it.

Think about it, we are on a 427 yard par 4, let’s say you
push your drive right, it does not matter if the next shot
you play is an amazing curved sliding fade out the rough to
make it onto the green.

One good shot per hole…

Maybe not, maybe you can only advance it 60 yards up, the
next iron shot from 160 yards is a crisply struck shot to
to 4 feet. Par save. Perhaps you hit that iron shot a
little pushed again, putting you 30 feet from the hole,
but you make that putt because that was your one good shot
this hole.

One good shot per hole…

Likewise, after a half decent tee shot – maybe mistimed
and bit out the toe of the driver, but just off the
fairway – you might misjudge the wind and your iron
approach shot sails into a sand trap, but who is to say
you cannot put that bunker shot right into the hole?!?

One good shot per hole…

Get the idea? It shows that you can forget about the
previous shot every time, and try your best to make the
next one, a well thought out and executed golf shot, be a
second, third or fourth shot on the hole.

This has been a focus and thought process for me ever
since, and it worked wonders for my colleauge who shot 4
below his handicap of 9.

Try it yourself, you just might like it.

—————————————————-

When it comes to a better golf game, people are always
trying the latest golf workouts and tricks to find the
best ways to improve their swing speed. There are a number
of excellent golf fitness exercises that you can do to
increase your swing speed, but the truth of the matter is
that the secret to a better golf game is all in the hips.

Your hips are the key to a better golf game. To move your
hips into the golf swing only requires that you move them
three inches, but your golf club has 75 inches to travel
in order to swing and hit the ball. If you can put more
thrust into your hips when you swing, you will find that
you can greatly increase your swing speed and make your
golf game much more effective.

When you swing your golf club, you are told by
professionals to put your hips into your swing to increase
your swing speed. Most people do golf workouts that focus
on their upper body, their shoulders, and their knees to
increase their physical shape and improve their swing
speed. The best exercises for golf to help to increase the
speed of your swing will actually be those that focus on
developing the core muscles.

When you use your hips properly, you provide more overall
swing into the club. By increasing the speed at which your
hips turn and thrust into the swing, you can greatly
increase the speed of your swing. By focusing on
increasing your hip thrusting speed even one mph, you can
increase your swing speed by up to 25 mph. This is because
your hip only has to travel a few inches, but the fact that
your hip is traveling that much faster is transferring the
speed down your arm and into your swing.

While many people focus on developing their club swing
speed, there is only marginal improvement made when the
swing speed is increased at the club head. Swinging your
club head one mph faster will only increase your swing
speed by eight mph, while focusing on increasing your hip
thrusting speed by one mph can increase your speed up to
25 mph.

In order to improve your hip speed, you will find that
doing golf workouts exercises that focus on your core will
be the most effective. Don’t just focus on developing your
muscles in the motion of your swing, working out only the
muscles that will help you to get your swing forward
faster. Focus on your golf workouts exercising the entire
core of your body, including your stomach, obliques,
hamstrings, back muscles, and hips.

If you can focus on building your entire core, all of the
muscles will work together to thrust your body forward and
increase your hip speed by a great deal. All of the
muscles in the core pull together to make your hip speed
faster, which will be the secret to the success of your
golf workouts to increase your swing speed.

—————————————————-

The faulty movement that is called the sway in the golf
swing is when there is too much lower body lateral
movement away from the target during your backswing. The
knee is not braced and the weight distribution is on the
outside of the foot, this in turn makes it impossible to
externally rotate the hips behind to create the all
important coil in the backswing.

In addition, the spine angle and core displacement – as
seen in the image – requires substantial extra movement
simply to return back to the striking zone. Your sequence
and natural bio-mechanics is all wrong when this is out
and the outcome can be;

Lack of distance

Poor consistency

Erratic short game

Lower back pain

In other words, if you sway in your golf swing, you are
simply making it more difficult to hit the ball
consistently, and even when you do make good contact, your
lack of distance and power is evident due to the lack of
coil and external hip rotation on the backswing and the
speed of the hip rotation on the downswing.

Injury can occur due to an incorrect spine angle at the
top of the backswing with a lower body lateral movement.

“This is not me” you might be thinking, but it is fault
seen on many golfers to some degree, and even working on
the same physical requirements to avoid this, will assist
your golf swing.

Now if only it were as simple as knowing what your doing,
and just stopping the lateral sway in your golf swing then
golf would be easy, everyone would be off single figure
handicaps. What Causes Golf Swing Sway?

There are a few factors predominantly and most commonly we
see in golfers who have a tendancy to sway is a lack of
lower body stability and strength in the glutes,
quadriceps and hamstrings, as well as core strength to
create torque and rotation capability in the hips.

Some swing drills will assist in creating rotation instead
of lateral movement of course, but we must also do some
golf exercises to develop the muscle required for golf
strength and flexibility. Join us to find out about some
great explanations and examples of some golf training
exercises that develop strength and mobility in the right
areas to promote the correct swing mechanics required for
a good powerful consistent golf swing.

Enjoy your more consistent golf swing!

—————————————————-

Soccer, despite its lack of popularity in the United States
of America, is the world’s most widely played sport. It is
only natural, then, that other ways of playing it would
crop up over the years. One of the most popular ways
people get their soccer fix while avoiding a grassy field
is through investing in a foosball table.

This game takes its genesis from soccer, placing a team
of static players on moveable poles which can be dragged
to and fro across the length of the pitch. A lightweight
ball is placed in the gaming area and people strive to
score goals with their team. This is done by flicking the
poles so that the stationary players appear to ‘kick’ the
ball into the net.

The sport is incredibly fast paced. Some of the best
professional players have been able to move the ball at 35
miles per hour. The bonhomie of the game is something that
people are exceptionally happy to involve themselves in,
and it is responsible for breaking down barriers between
people.

The game that many people today know and love is several
decades old. Harold Searles Thornton invented this version
in 1921, and was patented two years later. It began
appearing in bars across the world soon after, and people
were hooked. Initially, it was a tiny scale game played on
a matchbox.

Thornton’s uncle, who was travelling over to the United
Kingdom, saw the game and decided to export it to the
United States. This was officially patented in 1927, and
has increased in popularity every since. People now race
towards popular diversions such as this in bars and
taverns across the country.

Table football is immensely popular across the globe.
People are finding increasingly that they do not want to
have to go to bars alone in order to play it. They want to
be able to enjoy a game wherever they are.

This includes in people’s homes. Rumpus rooms around the
country are being filled with these pieces of furniture in
all sizes. At parties or even just as a way to wind down
after work, the game is being broken out and played.

A foosball table is something people enjoy greatly. Now,
thanks to good retailers, it is possible to find one and
buy it to play in one’s own home. The excitement of the
sport has become commonplace for all people.

—————————————————-

Sports fans can be fanatical, triumphs and failures are
shared between fans and teams. They live through the highs
and the lows and one such way to capture those triumphs or
remember ones favorite stars is to have a jersey signed or
purchase one. For the lucky people who attended an event
and have a precious piece of history what should you do
with those signed jerseys. For those who purchased a piece
where should that jersey go, how should it be stored, and
it is worth it?

Depending on who or what team has signed a jersey it is
probably worth quite a bit more than its recommended
retail price. For those who purchased the shirt it should
retain it’s value and possibly increase over the years so
as well as being close to a fans heart it is also a sound
investment. Fans who attended an event and managed to
obtained a signed garment congratulations, you have a
captured a piece with monetary value but the dedicated fan
should keep it.

So when the garment gets home or after purchasing it what
is next. The first thing to to is keep it safe and
protected. For the time being hang it in a wardrobe
preferably in a plastic cover, and make sure there are no
moths around or other fabric chewing pests. Whilst it’s
the owners choice it’s best not to wear it again as
accidents can happen and it would be a loss to ruin the
item.

The next step is to decide how to display the jersey, it’s
not going to impress anyone in the closet. The most common
form of display is to frame it. There are many framing
specialists locally so ring around and get a few quotes.
It can be costly to get it framed professionally but it is
worth it especially if the autograph is from a superstar.

The other option for framing is to attempt to do a DIY
framing. There are many tutorial videos and articles
floating around the internet which should be of help. It’s
recommended to find an old jersey first and practice
framing it so you don’t damage the real deal. If all goes
well a lot of money should have been saved and self
satisfaction earned but there is risk so take care.

Now where to hang that priceless piece of history. For
owners of a sports bar or any sports themed establishment
signed jerseys look fantastic on the walls. They connect
customers with the establishment and the team and give
customers an instant connection and common interest. Just
make sure that the customers aren’t bitter rivals of the
owners personal favorite stars.

Homeowners can place the framed top somewhere inside the
house. A collector will most likely have a room dedicated
to these treasures and a piece of wall space is ideal. For
those people who don’t have a dedicated room it could be a
perfect time to start one. It’s a great hobby to pursue.
Otherwise picking a suitable part of a TV room is a good
choice with the partners consent of course if applicable.

No matter where the signed jersey is displayed be sure to
keep it protected and out of harms way. Make the best out
of the garment by presenting it in as fine a case as
possible and make it suitable to the area it is to be
displayed. Call round all ones friends for a little
bragging rights and watch the next game.

—————————————————-

If you are like most people, when you are thinking about
bucket lists, you have sports events at the top of that
list. You may have specific trips that you would like to
take based upon sports that you are interested in, but for
most people, the items at the top of the list are pretty
similar. The items on this list are usually the ones at
the top of the list when someone is thinking about a
sports vacation or creating a bucket list of sports items.
The Summer Olympic Games is far and away the number one
item on this list. It includes the best athletes from all
over the world and it is only held every four years.
Another big draw for the summer games is the fact that it
includes some of the biggest sports in the world. This is
the only chance to be able to see the best players in the
world for basketball, track and field, swimming and
soccer. Attending the summer games in person is truly a
once in a lifetime opportunity.

The second item on the list is attending a World Cup
Soccer final; however this may depend upon where you live.
Soccer is the most popular sport in the entire world, but
it is still working to find a bigger following in the
United States. The fact that this tournament is only held
every four years similar to the Olympics keeps it at the
top of the list. There are not many single game events
that can rival the Super Bowl. It is a one game,
winner-take-all game that has also morphed into a
full-fledged entertainment venue over the years. Many
people who do not even like football would love to attend
the Super Bowl in person.

Attending The Masters golf tournament is another sports
related vacation that is pretty high on people’s lists.
Some of the events on this list are about the competition
or seeing the great players, but this one is all about
history and tradition.

One of the things that make the NCAA Men’s Final Four such
a great ticket is the connection to pop culture. People
who do not even like sports or basketball get excited
about this event because they filled out a bracket. They
may not even know the teams that are playing, but they
have a vested interest in the teams that they picked in
their bracket. It does not matter which teams make the
final, people love this event.

The winter Olympic Games are not quite as popular as the
summer games, but they are still on the bucket list of a
lot of people. The fact that the event is only held every
four years makes it a big draw, particularly when it is
held in your home country. Wimbledon is another event that
is mostly about having respect for the tradition of the
event. It is most revered tournament in the world. Both
players and fans alike treat the experience of Wimbledon
as a special event that requires certain behavior.

—————————————————-
Stewart Wrighter recently searched the term bucket lists to
come up with a spectacular vacation for him and his wife to
take. For more information about bucket lists go to

If you love to watch college football games then you have
probably observed a few fascinating things whilst
watching. But have you seen something as strange as these
bizarre facts which we have gathered together from across
the land?

Some Weird And Strange Facts

1. Schedules in college football are essential to those
that like to study the demographics of the game. When the
Cornhuskers’ stadium fills up for a game it becomes the
third biggest concentration of people within the whole of
the state.

2. The Tennessee Volunteers colors might have confused you
in the past. Why did the team choose orange as the color
for their outfits? The colors they wear were based upon
the daisies which covered the campus grounds when the
colors were chosen.

3. If you think that college football is fairly dangerous
these days then just as well you weren’t a spectator
around a century or so ago. Back in 1905 18 players were
killed and around 150 were seriously injured while the
game was in full swing. The following year the President
almost went ahead and banned college games consequently.

4. The University of Georgia mascot has been a bulldog
named Uga for a long time now, with various dogs taking
their turn to play this important role. However, before
this their very first mascot back at the end of the 19th
century was a perhaps less lovable goat. On the topic of
mascots, the most bizarre one around could be a battle
between some of the following. Attila the Duck, Cayenne
the Chili Pepper, Dusty the Dustdevil and Superfrog the
Horned Toad. If some of these guys can’t drive the players
on to a good performance then what could?

5. Which team do you think won the national championship
first? Princeton University got the title and picked up
quite easily as not many other teams were competing and
they only had to compete with two other teams. No
complaints about a long hard season from the players that
year.

6. Oregon State and Oregon University play a civil war
game between each other and also the fascinating prize is:
The Platypus Trophy It was chosen simply because it
includes the bill from the Oregon Duck mascot and the tail
from the Oregon State Beaver. The trophy was so wanted and
so unique it was really stolen a couple of years back but
was later recovered and played for again.

—————————————————-

As a popular social drink, the negative impact of alcohol
on athletic performance is seriously underestimated. In
most countries alcohol advertising in sport is severely
limited, or restricted. However, there is still a strong
social imperative for people to drink alcohol. Athletes
need to be aware of the negative impact of alcohol abuse
on athletic performance and make an informed decision not
to drink alcohol if they want to achieve optimal athletic
results. Athletes know that regulation of sleep, good food
intake, and specialized workout routines are crucial to the
high level of performance that is demanded of athletes -
both as a personal best, and for the good of the team.
Athletes and others can be surprised at the many ways in
which alcohol drinking impairs athletic performance. A
brochure published by Princeton University identifies the
main negative impacts that alcohol drinking has on
athletes.

Effects of Alcohol after Workout

Athletes might think that a post workout drink is ok -
relaxing and restorative – but this is not the case.
Alcohol prevents muscle repair and recovery. After a
strenuous workout, you need nutrition and a good sleep.
Alcohol impairs the ability of the body to repair muscles
while at rest by depleting human growth hormone (HGH)
needed for muscle repair. Alcohol can reduce HGH levels by
as much as 70%. Also by-products of alcohol metabolism in
the liver are toxic to testosterone, a hormone needed to
bulk up muscles. Alcohol metabolism calls upon water
reserves in the body – alcohol effects are dehydrating to
all of the cells in the body. Loss of water can upset
chemical balance and equilibrium – the healing capacity of
the body is diminished when the body is excessively
dehydrated. Alcohol also upsets the water content of
cells, disabling them from being able to produce adenosine
tri phosphate – a source of energy for our muscles. Worse
still, alcohol prevents the body from sourcing glucose for
energy from other chemicals in the body – to supplement any
glucose deficiency that we might have. Loss of energy
sources to feed our muscles leads to lack of stamina, loss
of endurance.Other negative impacts of alcohol abuse upon
athletic performance include loss of conditioning because
alcohol is a high calorie beverage, with minimal
nutritional content.

Alcohol and B Vitamines

Alcohol also prevents important vitamins and minerals from
being properly absorbed by the body – in particular thiamin
(B1), vitamin B12, Folic Acid and Zinc. The tremors and
shakiness that is associated with too much alcohol
drinking is caused by nervous depletion, and a lack of B
group vitamins. Alcoholics with severe nutritional
deficiencies are sometimes given injections of Vitamin B12
to restore their vital functions. The vitamin B12 is called
cobalamin, and its deficiency causes macrocytic anemia and
a range of neuro-psychiatric disorders. Disorders caused
by B12 deficiency can be reversed by early detection and
treatment. Athletes impair their performance potential
when lacking in vital B group vitamins.

Effects on Coordination and Balance

Alcohol effects on athletes can involve problems with new
learning, retention and accessing memory. The
organization, Drug Free Sport, dedicated to eradicating
drug use by athletes points out that alcohol use causes
loss of motor co-ordination, a slower reaction time,
faulty judgment and thinking processes, loss of balance,
and problems with vision and speech.

Statistics

An NCAA study reports that around 30% of a student
population at least once attended a practice or a game,
impaired by prior alcohol or drug use – the good news is
that 23% of the college athletes didn’t drink at all, and
13% were abstinent during the playing season. None of the
athletes used alcohol as a means to enhance their
performance.

Alcohol and Emotional Problems

Such are the major depressive effects of alcohol on the
system, that using alcohol is always detrimental to a top
athletic performance. Alcohol effects can linger on for
several hours after a drinking session. Regular alcohol
drinking will cause continual under performance, compared
with performance that could be achieved if abstinent from
alcohol.

It is sometimes found with top level athletes that they
are into drug use – generally of the type thought to
enhance performance. Sometimes however athletes will use
depressants – that provide chemical relief from feelings
of tension and pressure.

Athletes who feel under pressure to the extent that they
drink alcohol to excess, need to assess their attitude
towards sport, their performance and the need to drink.
Athletes struggling with emotional problems, whether or
not related to sport, to the extent that they are drinking
alcohol might find a resolution of their issues by
attending a comprehensive alcohol and drug addiction
recovery program conducted by Narconon.

Drug and Alcohol Use is a Sign that Things Are not in
Order Narconon understands the demands made upon athletes,
the demands that they place on themselves. Drug use is a
sign that things are not in order – mind and body must
work together to create and maintain optimal performance.
The Narconon alcohol abuse rehab program provides a high
standard of treatment for people with addiction that
comprehensively resolves all substance abuse problems.
Athletes who have turned to alcohol or drug use and who
want to get completely clean and drug-free, can get help
at any Narconon rehab center. Their detoxification and
rehabilitation program is 100% drug-free and supportive of
optimal athletic endeavor.

From weekend warriors to elite professionals, one thing
that all athletes can commiserate on is sports injuries,
both major and minor. The goal in all scenarios, of course,
is to get back on the playing field as soon as possible, or
if that is not possible, at least be able to reduce the
pain during the healing period.

Because the vast majority of injury that comes about during
physical activities is to the soft tissues, chiropractic
treatment of sports injuries is effective and is being used
more and more. Sports chiropractors are experts in healing
all of the typical soft-tissue traumas that occur during
athletic games and physical fitness activities. These
professionals are fully licensed in every state in the US
and most other countries as well and can enable athletes to
get back up and running as quickly as possible or even
faster than treatment that uses drugs.

In spite of of the level of your physical conditioning,
your commitment to warm ups and stretching prior to
rigorous physical activity, or how adept you are at your
preferred sport, injuries are an all too common part of
physical recreation that catches up to almost every athlete
at some point.

A lot of athletes tend to believe that in order to get the
most out of every day on the playing field or in the gym,
they should push themselves and their bodies to the limit.
Regretably, this is typically when the soft tissues are
most at risk even in a non-contact sport. The first sign
that something is wrong is, of course, when pain is felt.

Unfortunately, many athletes continue to play on -
occasionally turning minor pulled muscles or strains into a
much more significant injury. Pain is our body’s notice to
us that something is wrong and it deserves some
acknowledgement. If the pain is recurring or constant, it
is advisable to seek care as soon as possible.

Sports chiropractors regularly treat injuries such as lower
back pain, muscle strains, Achilles tendon injuries, neck
pain, joint pain, and even sciatica. When you visit your
physician, he or she will gather information and facts from
you, about your medical history and your lifestyle. Then
you will be checked out physically, very likely beginning
with your posture; and if necessary, you will be given a
full examination and x-rays.

A treatment plan is created only after a full diagnosis.
The treatment will usually involve soft tissue manipulation
and adjustments that relieve stiffness and spinal
aggravation. One of the best things about chiropractors is
that treatments are usually painless, or if there is
discomfort it is generally limited and short-term, while
patients often get relief from pain quickly after
treatment.

Professional sports managers are finally discovering the
wisdom of chiropractic treatment for many types of injuries
so many teams now employ full-time chiropractors as part of

Impact is the moment of truth in golf. Impact is where the
rubber meets the road; no matter what your golf
handicap. Jim Flick, noted teacher and author, provides
golf lessons to Tour professionals for a living. He points
out two ways to swing the club into and through impact.
Each way comes with a set of compatible positions and
moves. Neither way is right. Neither way is wrong. It’s a
matter of personal preference.

Flick refers to one approach as the “from the ground up
approach.” You see it in players like Jack Nicklaus, Sam
Snead, and Vijay Singh. He calls the other approach the
“from the center down approach.” You see it in people like
Anthony Kim and Michelle Wei. The Ground Up approach is
the more traditional approach. The Center Down approach is
up and coming approach on the Tour. Both approaches work
for golfers with all kinds of golf handicaps.

The Ground Up approach, which provides more shotmaking
potential, works better with the driver, fairway woods,
and long irons. It’s better for taller players and gentler
on the body. It features a neutral grip, a flexing front
knee through impact, a more upright backswing, with the
back arm away from the body, and a slower transition. This
approach also features active forearm rotation to square
the clubface at impact. We see this approach often in golf
instructions sessions.

Here’s how to tell if you’re using this approach:

Set up to a tee with your driver and the sun at your back.
Note the position of the shadow of your head. Place
another tee or golf ball in the center of that spot. Now
swing in slow motion, noting the shadow of your front knee
and thigh just past impact. While keeping your head shadow
in place, the shadow of your left knee should clearly be
bent.

Repeat the drill, clipping the tee with your club until you
feel your front foot is stable on the ground, your left
knee bent and leaning toward the target through impact,
and your left thigh and hip rotating through the hitting
area. When this happens, you achieved the impact position
of Flick’s Ground Up approach.

From The Center Down Approach

The “from the center down” approach is somewhat new. We
don’t see it as much in our golf instruction sessions as
we see the Ground Up approach, but it’s getting more and
more popular on the Tour. This approach is more
repeatable, requires less practice, is better with short
irons and wedges, and is less reliant on tempo. It’s also
generally better for shorter players.

The Center Down approach features a strong grip, with the
hands turned to the right (left, if you’re left-handed),
less active arm rotation, a straightening left knee, and
very open hips. With your upper body centered over a fixed
axis at address and through impact, your hips must turn
not slide. You start this downswing by rotating your hips
and shoulders. Strong players spin their hips as fast as
possible to achieve power and a reliable shape to their
shots.

Set up to a tee with your driver and the sun at your back.
Mark your head’s shadow with another tee or ball on the
ground. As you swing in slow motion turn your hips and
chest through so you can see your left knee straightening
at “impact.” Note if you are swinging around a fixed axis
(the ball within your head’s shadow). Repeat this drill
until you get the feel of your left hip turning—not
sliding—as your swing through.

The Takeaway

Good swings feature an efficient shallow angle of attack.
Both of Jim Flick’s approaches accomplish this, but in
different ways. The key, as we said before, is not mixing
the two approaches. Longer courses, more forgiving clubs,
and low-spinning balls make the Center Down approach more
popular among today’s Tour players. But the Ground Up
approach still thrives with the pros.

What’s the next step? Try both approaches. Determine which
works best for you. After nailing down the best approach,
refine that approach by going to the practice range,
taking golf lessons, and reading golf tips in magazines.
Creating an efficient angle of attack will help you hit
longer, straighter shots and chip strokes off your golf
handicap.

—————————————————-
